Hope for Kids International

Hope for Kids International (www.hopeforkids.co.uk) works with children-in-crisis: orphans, street children, those who have been abandoned or abused, and those who are victims of war, disease, and extreme poverty. We accomplish this through three main types of programme:
Children’s Homes: Our House Parents meet children’s physical, social, emotional, spiritual and educational needs in a safe, loving atmosphere.
Schools: We provide quality schooling for children who wouldn’t otherwise have access to education. In addition, we offer these children a meal, medical care, tutoring, Bible teaching – and the opportunity for a better life.
Care Centres and Community Programmes: Children-at-risk come to our Care Centres each day to receive food, clothing, medical care, and education. As well as helping the children, we also reach out to their families with the love of Christ by providing programmes that help them become self-sustaining and break the cycle of poverty.

Hope for Kids International is a partner of Kids Alive International (www.kidsalive.org). Yeovil Community Church has supported Kids Alive’s work in a many ways over the past few years – by sponsoring children, making donations, and sending Short-Term Teams and volunteers.
