Parents and Toddlers

Who is it For?

Yeovil Community Church ‘Parent & Toddler Group’ meets at The GateWay, Addlewell Lane, on Mondays and Fridays from 9.45am to 11.30am and Wednesdays 9.45 to 11.00am and 11.30am to 1 .00pm. Dads, Mums, Grannies and Childminders, etc, are welcome with a 0-5 year old.

We have various activities for the children including a slide, climbing frame, home corner, sticking activities, playdough, ride-on-toys, baby toys, etc, plus a  varied programme which  includes sticking, painting, water-play, theme days, colour mornings, etc.

For the adults we have bring & buy sales, book sales, ideas and theme mornings.

Refreshments

Tea, coffee and biscuits are served during the morning and squash for the children in special cups.  We do not make a charge, but if you wish to contribute to the expenses you may.

How we operate

The group is operated by a committee of ladies from the Church and as a Christian-based group we like to do what we can to encourage and support parents in the hard work of bringing up a family.
