This is a support group primarily for first time mums and dads. We try to help and support new parents to adjust to the changes a new baby brings. We hope it will be a place where people can make friends in a similar situation, sharing the highs and lows of a life with a new baby and hopefully encourage one another.

The Group meets on Tuesdays from 10am to 11.30am, except during main school holidays.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are available as well as toys and baby changing facilities. No charge is made, but you may wish to make a donation to the running cost.
