The GateWay is a spacious building, equipped in a comfortable style and suitable for events such as conferences, seminars, staff training, receptions, etc. The building is alarmed for fire and theft and there is parking for approximately 40 cars, with additional space in nearby town centre car parks.
- Catering or Audio/Visual charges will be in addition to the standard hiring charges for the rooms.
- Users will be invoiced after the event and payment is required within 14 days.
- Cancellation of bookings that have included catering will incur a 100% charge if cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the event.
- Setting up and breaking down times should be included in the hire period.
